Op shared some info on the show, was deleted shortly afterwards to keep it a secret (for the "real" dran fans). The whole thing was super strictly confidential within the Dran superfan circle. #ifyouknowyouknow
The show itself - as I understand - was a great gesture by Dran: you bought a print for 2k Eur and got an envelope on top with a COA for one of the originals displayed.
In my opinion an admirable gesture by Dran but a rather poor forum performance.

This is just my personal opinion so take it with a pinch of salt! 
I don't think this is about being selfish or being part of an inner circle (which I definitely am not ...but more about protecting the integrity of the concept. Anything I've found out has been through some detective work and a bit of 'chiseling away'!
The exhibition has been there for anyone to find and that goes for the potential of acquiring a piece of the concept also...
77 prints and 77 canvas's....what you're 'buying' is open to interpretation.....nothing is ever as straight forward. You're effectively 'blindly' handing over โฌ2k and you will see what it is when it arrives. The originals are above and beyond those shown in the 'exhibition'....
For transparency, I did not purchase one. I loved that it was made quite difficult and challenges you to work for it. I unfortunately just couldn't find the mechanics to make it work....
I posted earlier that its about 'the cut of your gib' - I was being flippant and a bit tongue in cheek. I think it's more about showing your love of art and respecting the method. If you rocked up and said 'got any canvases' then that's the end of your adventure. It's about engagement and empathy...showing you understand Drans work and ideas as an artist.
Now, all I've said is just my opinion but I liked the fact it wasn't....too many releases or opportunities are handed in a plate, and in many cases, only serve to provide profit and one-up manship....
Congrats to those who were lucky and I do hope we see some of them, whatever they are...whether 27cm or 170cm ๐ณ

There may be a price drop due to increased availabilty but these 8-10 new paintings at Monmatre will be sought after and I do not think that they will go for 5k on the secondary market. If so, let me know. I take a few of those since I did not win any of those 
The new print is exceptional as well. Image is superb and the hand finishing including the signature reminds me of older (dran) print days.
Really excited to find out who "won" some of the paintings at Monmatre....
