There's one for sale here for £8.5 with possible face 2 face in Europe or NY/Miami. So I'd say it's hard to value it higher than 9k private sale.
The the original offer of 13k was reaching a bit, but let's not pretend RVE is anywhere close to Alert value.
Funny thing. It was probably my favourite Invader print but I after visiting Ljubljana I'm not so sure anymore.

If that’s the case then that obviously has an effect on price. However it’s gallery pricing and also hasn’t sold (possibly due to the damage.) Nobody has paid over £15k for one of these to my knowledge and the only people who have mentioned anything in the region of £20k are owners on threads trying to hype prices of their own assets.
FR is long enough in the tooth to know his isn’t worth £24k or even £20k. However it is his and his entitled to ask what he wants for it, just as people on an open forum are entitled to their opinion of his suggested trade.

As a rule of thumb, I tend to be wary of anyone who:
(i) tries to shut down or discourage good-faith, free exchanges of viewpoints about pricing (cf. the "If you don't like the price, just move on"-type of comments we often see on sale threads); and/or
(ii) comes across as defensive in response to a valuation that opposes their own (especially when the opposing valuation has been calculated on the basis of referenced, verifiable and comparable past sales).
Members who fall within either or both of these categories seem most concerned about maintaining information asymmetry, to better protect their vested interests — at the expense of openness and transparency on the forum.
My own affinity lies instead with fellow truth-seekers like yourself. There are many of us here, and the system of priorities we share is arguably quite different.

Can see these settling around £8k-£10K as it's a weaker image, but the £24k figure for RVE is ludicrous. As a tester put it up for sale for £20k or even £17.5k and see if you have any serious offers. Unless there is proof then opinions are just hot air. Do you know of any actual sales of RVE?
I know the sales of black and red Alert and the cost online of a damaged RVE, so i think right now its spot on.
