Have to agree! Charity: Water is a great organization. Assuming the seller of this name is the charity (and I have no reason to think otherwise), this is probably genuine.
The controversy / problem previously was BNE - not the charity he claimed to be fundraising for.

Went to send him a message on Facebook to get his thoughts on this auction and noticed that he had already posted about it, saying it was a real auction.
