The irony being that if they had let the bots snap them up, there would have been a glut on the secondary and collectors would have got them all cheaper at the expense of the flippers. So...idiots. Why is it necessary for a print to sell out in an hour? There are plenty of great prints that can still be bought months or years later. Some artists use prints to hype but others use them as a more affordable and accessible channel for their work. Absolutely no need of an artist in Harrington's class to need to have an instant sell out to validate his work,

Well, it's an edition of 30, so why shouldn't the value of these increase? Demand was low, hence the slow sell out so don`t see much, if any increase in values (short term). His prints usually sell out in micro-seconds, these just seem to fail short of the mark for most collectors. |

global punch is large, a screenprint, an edition of 100 and is only going for give or take 1500 USD.
So these at 700 USD shipped seem either fully priced or a little expensive.
Long way to say i would not expect to see any meat on the bone for flippers. As they say though time will tell

It is not really an edition of 30. So i would think it would price like that with a small premium for the "better" ones and a small discount for the "lesser" ones, unless the market decides one is particularly choice, in which case i would still doubt if prices like an addition of 30. global punch is large, a screenprint, an edition of 100 and is only going for give or take 1500 USD. The left/right... blue/red underlying sociopolical theme will be timeless. Grabbed the red and blue print I was after. Less painful than the last releases. Will post them framed together as soon as they arrive. It's a shame so much effort is wasted on flippers potential gain when the true collectors seem to have done well today.

Great release giving fans the opportunity to acquire his work , any cheaper and the bots would have had them on the secondary at this price point imo and congrats to the lucky people acquiring the ogs ; I wonder if they are the same size
