Details are as follows: Invader - Prisoners Purchased direct from State of Play (original PayPal receipt will come with print) Signed and numbered (xx of 100) Located in London Stored flat since purchase Bought in 2007 Print Size - 25 x 17 inches (63 x 43 cm) Condition - Great condition though there is a very small scuff to the top edge of the print which is barley noticeable (see photo below) Asking price ยฃ4,500 Ideally I would like a London pickup/delivery though happy to ship abroad. Exactly.
If this was invoiced as a print by Invader, the question is simply whether or not the Artist authorised the print.
If not, the publisher has produced fakes and the reseller sold fakes.
I get the impression though, that although Invader may not be happy with the run for some reason, it is authorised.
