Removing crease/ fold lines from prints, by Anthony Styles on Sept 25, 2017 0:06:32 GMT 1, jesus. I would not recommend this approach. By all means good luck to you if you want to try but would never do this to any of my pieces. Go see Bignell and let the experts do it properly.

I seen this and was in shock, 😂 I have a Stik print with fold lines in. Looking for some solutions.

Removing crease/ fold lines from prints, by cogitobcn on Sept 25, 2017 14:03:54 GMT 1, Mr.Sly. the problem with using an iron is that the high temperatures can damage the colors and even the paper. If you have some creased low cost art print, and you want to try some DIY restoration, it's better that you rely only on humidity and pressure. These videos may be interesting for you:
But if the print has any serious value, it's better to use a professional service.

Iron on a low temp (no water in the iron), use grease proof paper between the print and iron, and iron the back of the print / fold lines

Ive done a few Stik prints now. Iron on a low temp (no water in the iron), use grease proof paper between the print and iron, and iron the back of the print / fold lines Thank you, the paper is quite thin and crease lines are hard, I also got it rolled to make things worse lol. It is now under my bed sandwiched in between two mount cards with mdf on top, I will check on it in a week's time. Then I might get it dry mounted then framed like this.
