I think the piece is in good condition I never inspected it too closely when I bought it but it had no tears or creases and for it being over 10 years old I was pleased with its appearance. It has some tape from the artist as well as paint spots on the back of the piece but I didn't care it looked great. I understand the concern of condition quality but I was never picky and I'm hoping it will be a easy sale considering the price. I don't think the buyer will be disappointed but the conditions of Faile or Bast pieces often have imperfections. Are there major or minor problems with the piece no but again I understand the concern.
