There will be some serious money spent by the time they get to that Banksy which is the last lot.

Would love many of the works including that Jonas Wood canvas.

Thats a huge number!!! from £117K to £392k in in less than 10 years. I'm somewhat surprised as I don't think its one of his best images, even though I do own a couple of soup cans. But then agains its unique, massive and has a Warhol nod to it. I think this proves that wealthy influential collectors are now buying Banksy, plus more and more people collecting his prints his notoriety and fame grows. I think in 30 years time his works will be on par with Warhol, maybe more given the limited amount of art available if he keeps producing so little.

No inkling of prices dropping, from this result. Might be time to pile in while you can still get a signed print around  £20k. I mean a decent Warhol print in an edition of 250 is over $100k easy, make Banksy look inexpensive.

Thanks mate. I decided that I was being lazy, and had just found it. What a gorgeous piece that is. The Bacon was rather superb too.

You can get a decent Warhol from about £15,000 so actually starting prices are more or less on par with Banksy prints these days.

Granted a Pink or Black Marilyn will set you back over £100k, but you can buy a signed ed 250 Warhol Soup Can II for about £15-20. I've even seen Jaggers go for under 20k.
