D*FACE Incredibly Rare and Unique, 1 of 3? in the world, by foresterdesign on Oct 11, 2017 19:14:07 GMT 1, Hey everyone - for sale is a incredibly rare and totally unique D*Face piece. In 2010, D*Face did a board for Rome SDS, and 3 topsheets were sent right from the factory to D*Face to sign and embellish. These were randomly given to a lottery of those who purchased his board, and I got one of them. These were not made available to the public, and will never be reproduced again.
Earlier in the year of 2010, he did a set of skate decks in the same style - and thousands of these were sold in skateshops across the world, but due to the collectibility have maintained their value. Note here:http://www.streetartdealer.net/shop/4nrsoi1cejsskyg9zk50ifqsl09h4j - these 3 boards sold for (E)1,500.00. Stock and standard, his board artwork is clearly of interest to a lot of collectors. This is the opportunity to add a piece to your collection that is truly unique and extremely rare.
Which brings me to this piece I'm selling, it is a PVC substrate, with metallic inks, grip-tape textures and spray painted DFace "pin" logo. At the bottom, it's signed by D*Face himself, with the date of 2011. It's about 160CM tall and 35CM wide. Would look amazing in a frame, and without a doubt, would be one of the rarest pieces in your collection. I'm basing value off rarity, style, time and availability of the piece - and it seems $3500 would make sense.
Attached are some images - I'm looking to move the piece, so I am asking $2500 USD.
