To me it is by banksy with borrowed ideas from Cesar Cruz. Confused by the article and banksys quote that states ‘they often say’ when in reality it’s him that says.
But also confused that people (like you did above) attribute it to Cruz. To me Cruz poem has nothing to do with Banksys quote except that Banksy is borrowing to use the concept and apply it to art.
Google isn’t helping clarify the origin really. Oh well was just intrigued by it.
