I've actually had more than one offer of 20k, but the terms weren't suited.
It's in your interest to downplay the potential of the print, considering your offer of £5k & a damaged print.

However I am using a public auction as an indicator of value with the exact same print without COA like your own. 15 - 18k minus eBay fees, too me that equals around 16k. |

I suspect this is the first of many similar threads for these prints. Solid provenance should be good enough for most, but think the coa's will help increase the value of these in time.

For those who follow and collect prints by Banksy. The COA is just a temporary setback until the authentification process resumes. We all know these are in the hands of lottery winners. A few emails, some screenshots and sage pay receipts should suffice.
But hey this is a historical release for Banksy collectors and fans. Let it ride the wave stop hating on sellers and lottery winners let bygones be bygones there’s more art created daily to satisfy your cravings and reselling urges.
