Banksy • Sale Ends Today, by tab1 on Feb 6, 2018 13:36:47 GMT 1, If all were released to the market ie 500 copies
Seems like most are waiting for coa before selling and the market will be flooded next year when COa released so might not be high prices as expected
Same as boxsets when first came out !
These are all mint condition and at £500 not everyone will want + 20% from previous weeks sale and will gradually drop then go up again.
Anyone buying banksy now at these high prices is a gamble .

It's in your interest to downplay the potential of the print, considering your offer of £5k & a damaged print. Jog on mate.

Bottom line is nobody has a crystal ball. Buying now might be a gamble, waiting for COA is also a gamble.

No it’s not, the wording did not state the original winner had to get the coa (unlike the grappling hook)

However I am using a public auction as an indicator of value with the exact same print without COA like your own. 15 - 18k minus eBay fees, too me that equals around 16k.

Banksy • Sale Ends Today, by Art Fan 2011 on Feb 6, 2018 16:39:26 GMT 1, 500 - 16000, that's some profit (minus a serious chunk of tax)! FWIW I think 16k is a strong offer. Sure, 16k won't change your life, but if nothing else itl pay for a good holiday!
I suspect this is the first of many similar threads for these prints. Solid provenance should be good enough for most, but think the coa's will help increase the value of these in time.

For those who follow and collect prints by Banksy. The COA is just a temporary setback until the authentification process resumes. We all know these are in the hands of lottery winners. A few emails, some screenshots and sage pay receipts should suffice.
But hey this is a historical release for Banksy collectors and fans. Let it ride the wave stop hating on sellers and lottery winners let bygones be bygones there’s more art created daily to satisfy your cravings and reselling urges.
Enjoy the art spend money and eat good.

Banksy • Sale Ends Today, by Graham H on Feb 6, 2018 17:18:00 GMT 1, I have no opinion on the rights and wrongs of selling this work, as everyone has a reason and motive.. so will never pass any form of judgement.. however.....
I really dont think its good for to quote peoples PRIVATE messages on the forum.. irrespective of reason.. they are by definition private and should be kept that way..
Thats my personal feeling..so just thought id add it to this situation
