I would think unsigned morons were around ยฃ15 Maybe a Morons Sepia but it would be on the top end of the budget around ยฃ24k - ยฃ25k. But given the last auction results it won't be easy finding one in that price range.
A signed Police Kids could also be in the op's budget range:

Banksy โข Sale Ends Today, by Charlie Bronson on Jan 26, 2020 5:15:10 GMT 1, Are any ยฃ15k anymore? I would think they start at ยฃ20k? Basically only sales ends v2 now. Honestly, it seems like the no brainer. It will be 30k in no time and the ones left on secondary will get picked up.
Exactly why I bought one a month ago

Banksy โข Sale Ends Today, by Charlie Bronson on Jan 26, 2020 5:19:23 GMT 1, I love street art. I also understand the financial side of this. I think for many even a single or multiple undiversified investment of 20,000-30,000GBP (for each low-range signed Banksy) requires planning. The risks to me involve: a. future supply (what the hell is Bbay and how many prints is GDP going to churn out); b. contemporary art market recognition. This demand factor can only go up in my view - the chance of street art being totally sidestepped as an art history oddity are immaterial given the cultural penetration of Banksy. But certain small people in big museums have no taste and ultimately what's great art is a coordination problem across our collective minds; c. personal risk - Banksy's ID/mystique/personality is an asset. It could depreciate instantly - he is by definition a riskier entity than a known artist. You know Lister is an addict, Kaws is a low-key boring dude, etc. that's priced in already. Obviously, things can also change: think of Eine or Retna. On the plus side, we know that Banksy is a very restrained, measured, and committed artist (it would not be possible to sustain this low output, privacy, and rigorous certification process otherwise).
Valid points, but, imho โtoo big to failโ comes to mind. Weโve got our prints which weโve paid decent money for. I just snagged a V2 a month ago; my third signed Banksy. There are people that have millions invested in Banksy originals; people who have the money to ensure he stays relevant in the art world. Just my humble opinion. Street art is the genre of our generation that will stand the test of time, and itโs lead by Banksy.

Banksy โข Sale Ends Today, by LJCal on Jan 26, 2020 21:06:10 GMT 1, Nah, just a list of prints you can get for under ยฃ25k you melt ok show me any of those prints for sale somewhere right now under 25k
I have a Weston Super Mare Iโd sell for ยฃ24k, there is Trolleys for sale on EBay for ยฃ24k. A sale ends for ยฃ23k on eBay. Iโm sure you could pick up a signed Grannies for low ยฃ21-22k. Plenty to buy under ยฃ25k that can be delivered right now. So if anyone wants to give me ยฃ25k I can guarantee them WSM, Trolleys, Sale Ends or Grannies.

Banksy โข Sale Ends Today, by LJCal on Jan 26, 2020 21:32:53 GMT 1, Iโm not actively looking to sell it, merely proving one can be bought for under ยฃ25k. The whole , you canโt find one for under ยฃ25k so itโs worth 25k methodology is ludicrous if you ask me.ย I canโt see a unsigned Barcode for sale at the moment for under ยฃ50k. Does that mean itโs suddenly worth ยฃ50k? No. Mad method of valuing things imo
Agreed there are plenty of prints that Iโd like to buy that arenโt openly available but that doesnโt mean vendors who have one can pluck figures out of the air and thatโs its new value. Equally I think a lot of buyers are looking back at past sales and using that as the bench mark for value and not realising they are buying an item in scarce supply and looking at the available supply, too many buyers lagging behind the market chasing bargains that donโt exist.

He knows that his multiples are worth millions collectively. Banksy has already invested in his own collectibility with Pest Control so who knows. If he works to undermine the auction and reseller markets with a proprietary system like BBay, that could depress pricing.
Street Art as an art "movement" has been going strong for 15-20 years at this point. It's well-established, documented, collected, been subjected to academic study/criticism. In 50 years any art history textbook will include street art 100% as the movement of the first two decades of the 21st century. And Banksy is the preeminent figure within the movement.
At the end of the day, I think it just comes back to the golden rule of collecting - only buy things you really like.

If anything from what Iโm hearing it will be a benefit to both sellers and buyers. It should worry a lot of auction houses and galleries that have built a business on the secondary market but ultimately in my view they have been taking too bigger piece of the pie for too long and sellers and buyers are paying sometimes over 40% of the transaction away in fees. If buyers pay a little less net, sellers end up with the same or a little more in their pocket and the artist makes some money as the middle man then Iโm sure 99% of collectors will welcome it.

Banksy โข Sale Ends Today, by The Italian One on Jan 27, 2020 11:09:36 GMT 1, sorry mate, not going to give you any fees! So you saying you'll buy immediately is a lie then. Thought so. Dreamer Dear Jonny, let me explain something very simple to you.
When i say i'm ready to spend that money for that print it is true, believe i do not need to impress nobody, especially in this Forum. (even if i have had several serious deal done lately )
just please be clever enough to understand that if you PM me asking 24k including 1,5 for you, it is a little poor approach to get a deal of 24 k done.
Please consider also that i wouldn't close a deal of 1k with a persone that didn't even introduce your self when contacting you in private mail.
So... please Mr. Art dealer johnny , you need to work a little bit on your presentation if you want to gain commission on art that isn't even yours!!
Said that, you do not know me so please stay far away from judging me.

Banksy โข Sale Ends Today, by spanksy on Jan 27, 2020 16:29:58 GMT 1, Can we pls not hijack the thread. Save the guesses to the valuation threads and discussion to discussion boards. Trawling through this diatribe is tiresome.
Anyone with something to sell, pls reach out; the rest pls observe in silence if possible
