I remember telling the seller at the time that this is a 40k print in the short future and I donโt mind paying retail as I have had banksy mature over 50% average each year since 2012 in my experience,
With that said I will second the notion that these prints and other signed prints based on comps of higher selling prints in the space will hit 100k in the next 2-3 years.
This will be fun to look back on in a year to see but 2-3 years was my conservative guess on 100k but thatโs rapidly approaching.
I fucking love art..

I would love to say it's because so many people want the art to hang on their walls but would suggest it's because at the moment it provides a far safer return for capital than most other investment vehicles.
