I just received mine and it's huge and surprisingly hefty. Signed and Numbered for 25 GBP it's a great deal and should pair nicely with the Ai Wei Wei bird.

Each of these hand sculptures were handmade, which merits some slight imperfections. Unfortunately we do not have any replacements, as only 1,000 were produced. The smudge you are witnessing is most likely from the fact that this was handmade.
Which I thought was naff for a (not cheap) sculpture.

Yeah it changed earlier this year from 60 days I think to 6 months.
Might have a bit of a struggle when it comes to explaining why you didn't check it sooner but I'm sure it'll be ok.
