Yes, mine too - both lower corners badly crumpled and one of them torn. I emailed Matchfire about it a few days ago and they are apparently looking into seeing if they can find a replacement. It has to be either that or a refund - I little ding I could live with, but torn is unacceptable. Good luck if you're looking for a replacement.
Yep, same story. Looking for a replacement. The dent stretches into the image itself.
Will probably have to pay customs again if they find one.

Mine arrived with huge dings to 2 corners... I hope they have some back up copies! Same for mine, in a very very bad shape when it arrived about 3 weeks ago after I had to pay 34 euros in customs. I emailed them straight away with pictures and they asked me to destroy my print and they would print and send me a new one. Hasn't arrived yet but was shipped a few days ago. Good afternoon, We have decided to send you a replacement without receiving the damaged one back. We will ship out a new one to you as soon as we receive one from the printer.
