Well not an official COA, but The Public Art Fund did send out an email with an attached pdf.
This pdf contained the edition details. Together with the ebay invoice I would assume this to be sufficient to prove authenticity.

Thought charitable purchases were exempt of VAT.. Guess we can claim back, but not sure it's worth the hassle.

Rhodium plating is really shiny/silvery.
The lines and contrast do bring out the its intensity.

It bothered me initially as well. No COA. Cheap paper. I was inclined to sell it, but I found a $25 frame at Micheals (Unsure if in Canada, but US craft store known for their weekly coupons). Decided to throw it in there, and the poster served its purpose. Don't see myself selling it know - not a bad framed image for 125 usd.
