asking for any advices after receiving a print damaged from a ebay sellers. The print was not assured and I did notdeclare the damaged when it came from the postal service. I am pretty sure that the print was clean, and that it was damaged during the travel.
First time for me, what's are my options ?

Ebay damaged print, by acortellese on Oct 17, 2017 18:39:50 GMT 1, Hello, if the package was not externally damaged the issue may have been caused by rolling the prints (if that was the case). It happened to me once.
In any case, try contacting the seller to arrange something between you. He can be reasonable and offer you something.

If it seems like the seller has been a bit on the dodgy side ask for a refund in my opinion. I suppose it comes down to the value with/without and extent of the damage.

Ebay damaged print, by Chris JL on Oct 18, 2017 10:25:42 GMT 1, According to eBay T&C the seller is responsible for that (unless things have change in the last year or so - haven't used eBay in a while). You should contact the seller and try first a friendly resolution e.g. price discount/return (you should file a case asap for that btw).
If that fails, contact eBay and they will tell you to return the item and will issue a refund.
