High enough to destroy their biggest enemy, the secondary market in Bethlehem.

I would imagine they know how many and how quick the original stuff sold for so priced to slow down the demand and to slow down the amount of bulk buying and flipping going on.
Or maybe they just take more effort and cost to make.
Price is the price at the end of it. Imagine less will sell so will be a rarer item but if they are not limited then I doubt the price is high for any special reason

Hotel is self sufficient now, its no longer banksy fans just flying in and out.. but 'normal' tourists passing through. I was there the marathon weekend and the place was heaving.. felt more like an actual hotel and less like a queue outside santas ghetto. |

There won't be any resale value in these for a long long time so just collect them if you like them. Unless COA come out for them - which it seems like they won't; if it does great - just collect these for fun and thats it. They are going to be pumping all these out until the hotel closes or doesn't close at all.

Even last year middleclass locals were hanging out for dining and drinks , it’s unique , no completion ,
And a very good hotel, way out of touch for general local population as it’s still expensive !
Vip room was great , loud Bluetooth stereo hidden in the bar area😜

The wall sections I bought were not numbered or linked to their specific COAs, but a few days later someone posted a video on Instagram that showing their wall section being numbered and the number being written on the COA.
I love the walls with the hearts broken into the middle, definitely an approach I can get behind

This info is really great, thanks! It sounds like I just missed the more official and regulated version of the hotel. I’m heading back to the region for work in the summer and am going to try and swing by for a night and see a different room.
Crazy the key fobs went up so much, I passed on those when I was there as they had the Wall sections I was in love with.

Sorry to hear. All these new rules seem to me that support black market 'near' the hotel and it the same time hurt people who appreciate art and who has never sold and aren't going to sell anything from the hotel (such as myself)....
