ok well.. I'm not a criminal and you can not avoid taxes anymore with bitcoin and that is not my intention.
just a little experiment I'm trying.
just thought it would be easier for any collector to buy and sell art in bitcoin, maybe one day collectors will be more into it.

I'm not a criminal and you can not avoid taxes anymore with bitcoin and that is not my intention. just a little experiment I'm trying. just thought it would be easier for any collector to buy and sell art in bitcoin, maybe one day collectors will be more into it. Easier?? If I was to buy, firstly I really don't know what it will cost since the crypos go up and down like a whores drawers. Secondly I would have the significant hassle of opening a crypto account/wallet thing...not simple.
If I want to have a provenance on the item then in the future showing a 99digit blockchain reference...well who knows what good that will be.
People who love crypto...LOVE it, and can see no wrong. Most of us are a mixture of uninterested, disinterested or baffled.
At this point the standard reply is to tell me to go and read up on the multitude of incredible advantages of the Blockchain (known for several years already, so many, so great....and basically totally unused)
The thing is with money (actual money) is that it really works.

the hassle of opening a digital wallet require same hassle to open a PayPal account
if you want a provenance happy to provide a copy of my ID that certificate the sale and the amount.
Last Damien Hirst edition was also offered to be paid in BTC with 3K dollars reference
I understand and respect your idea just 2 different point of view

Im not sure what my post count has to do with me buying these. I actually have another account with one or two posts (so you wouldn't like that one any better) but this proboards crap is ancient and it sends me in an endless loop when I try to login on that one. So I made another that I can actually login on and later used it to communicate to buy these, simple stuff really. It's unfortunate that you appear to be terrified of crypto, otherwise you coulda bought em yourself, instead you decided to be 'that guy' 😂😘

Banksy • Souvenir Wall Sections, by faute on May 14, 2021 13:04:29 GMT 1, Did someone make a custom perpex box to put them on the wall?
I have nine of them and I hesistate to make a box to do one long line in a perspex box to put it on the wall or to have more of a square one with some above others. And I don't know where to ask to make the perspex box.
I would love to see pictures if people have them on their wall.

Not on a wall, but check out The Italian One collection at the bottom of this thread. I think they look great displayed like this.

Banksy • Souvenir Wall Sections, by faute on May 14, 2021 14:24:50 GMT 1, Thanks guys. I have them right now in a cabinet. But, mine distracts from it (maybe it's mainly the booze under... ).
Or maybe it's because I treat them wrongly more as art than collectibles, that I would like something which does not detract from it.

I think the cabinet is far to big for them tbh. I would just leave them on a shelf They're only resin so won't deteriorate left out and you can wash them under a tap when they get dusty😉

Banksy • Souvenir Wall Sections, by Lroy on Jun 4, 2021 20:06:14 GMT 1, If I can permit myself, I never understood the value of the Korean Stik book... Nobody wanted it since years and boom.. Anyway, I don't like so much imports from Asia ( dvd, cd , books, etc ) , it seems just marketing ( it was the same beofre for Japan imports of Bowie, Blur etc ) .. But maybe, yes, it's a new market... ( and anyway you don't care, I guess of y thoughts about that ) ...
It will make a little bump !

“Pretty” applied to the wall of shame sounds like a disturbing oxymoron.
