its actually a fairly rare item.. If I had the funds I would jump on it. They're literally cast heads of Brian in different colors.. Its hard to find them, let alone, sealed.

I don't know. Someone was offering a sealed pack only a month or 2 ago on one of the Kaws facebook groups.
Hard to find if you're after one, but they do pop up... I'd also be careful of fakes these days (not sure if these have been faked at all, but I barely trust anything!  )
Coloured heads also come with the Kun figures... So you can get one that way too.

I have never seen a set hit open market in all my years collecting,save mine.
You are way off on the indvidual head pricing. Last one went for over 700 on ebay about 2 years ago.

Although you must have had these for sale for a while. Maybe you should Paddle 8 them. Kaws get good prices on there usually.

Thats about what they would go for. I could definitely make more selling the heads individually but i would prefer to maintain the integrity of the piece.
Try to buy a good color off someone...its near impossible.
