I did exactly the same mate. As soon as I'd paid for an unsigned moron, the sepia came available.
And I thought to myself, I may never get another opportunity to own a signed Banksy. So I took a chance. Like you I have sent an e-mail requesting they cancel my previous order. It's a long shot but it's worth the risk imo. We just have to pray they read the e-mails before they process the orders.
What's meant to be will be as they say.
Time for bed, hopefully we'll find out in the morning.
