I have on offer a signed Banksy Morons Sepia print - edition out of 300
This piece is from the first run printed (as you may know each of the three runs has a bit of a different hue in the sepia) - It was framed but has been removed - excellent condition. I have kept the linen mounts (2) on the verso however for when its framed next. It has full provenance from Pest Control and I am based in the states. Looking for 8500USD / 5044GBP Or best offer (would also consider an (1) Banksy unsigned rat, happy choppers, bomb hugger or flying copper / cash offer)

I've seen the actual Hang-Up account post many WTB threads but they have more than one member of staff and they have their own accounts as per the rules. missurbanite has never denied she works for Hang-Up and I'm sure she wouldn't mind if she was given a blue star. I very much doubt that Hang-Up take any money from customers if they don't have the goods. I guess most of their WTB threads are for re-stocking purposes rather than to fulfill an order that has already been paid for. Happy to be proved wrong though.

ps if they cannot organise to put a 3/4 line wanted ad each week through their gallery account does not suggest they are very organised as a gallery. Does not strike me as being particularly difficult

Moreover, I am one of those that in the past asked for a work by one particular artist, got a reply that they were able to get one soon thanks to their "network of trusted collectors"....just to see their WTB popping up few minutes after my request...obviously all the prices were increased by exactly 500 pounds.
If somebody thinks this is the way a trusted and well-organized gallery should run, then good luck dealing with them!

The worst story however, is from a gallery that offered me a piece on sale on ebay (unique image, so impossible to be wrong) for 2.5k more than the bin price...the gallery was artfair.fr and when I raised the issue I got the following "What a coincidence, feel free to buy it from ebay, with all the risks it includes."
