I’m not sure any of the people consigning to these auctions are on this forum as they’d likely get a much better private deal here.
You might have more luck defining realistic potentially? Anyhow wish you all the best with your search.

Most sellers wait months and don’t even get a bid
The tuft war didn’t even get a bid of 11k so he waited a month when it was consigned and didn’t even get a bid
So to have someone willing to pay hammer or slightly under does not seem to bad if you looking to get cash in

That sig doesn't look right to me This version of the signature is used throughout editions such as VLH, Nola, CYW, NBG, basically after barely legal. The common signature for morons(and most prints up to and including Barely Legal)is the with the B having the vertical line through it and the tail of y attached to the main body of the y, looking more like a y compared to the cup and saucer y of later prints. It would suggest to me that not all sepia Morons were signed at the time of release, some stored and signed as they were sold at a later date after the new signature was adopted. The stamped signature in sepia Morons is the later version. Perhaps this was the point of changeover of signatures? |

That said, I don't think that means there is necessarily anything wrong with the above sigs if they have been blessed by PCO. It could be that the one crossed out and with the newer signature style was sent accidently without the signature (sepia were all signed) and later corrected with the new signature.
Would be good to get the backstory from PCO in writing.
