Nickh87 - You are correct - this print was listed as sold on the site stated.
blanksy - You are also correct I listed it here and it stated unframed. I had two copies one of which I have sold that was unframed
Chads007 - The other was sold to another forum member who I consequently never heard from again. Hence I 've relisted it.
I can only state that there's nothing fishy but I can understand and appreciate why you might raise such concerns.

Quite frankly, there is often less risk in buying private party from the original owner with a pest-control certificate. That would lend itself to a higher price, but obviously less than a gallery
