The sales you called out made me interested but when I look I see other sales at 70 58 88 81 in the last year. The two higher sales also exist but I wouldn't exactly call them the market. IT seems the market has settled in in the 80ish range

I'd say £50k is all in price at auction right now so seller will net around £40k. If you want to sell privately on uaa that's probably the approx value, but even then don't think you'll have a queue of buyers. |
