The sale was 86 days ago so quite recent and I can find no more recent public records of sale. I would say that price is relevant to the thread.
I also checked on the Banksy Value algorithm which is pretty well informed based on your post which says

ยฃ70000 - ยฃ79500
so again thats almost exactly in line with the sothebys info

Banksy prints can be had right now for 10k. CND was one that stood out. The market has crashed like most commodities. It is not a good time to sell, unless you really need the money.
