If thats the case, why do you still need glasses to hold down the corners. The only thing keeping me interested is his perfect feedback.

Safest bet if you do not want to get ripped off is don't use ebay. If you do plan to buy off of ebay see if the seller will accept cash on collection; if they wont don't deal with them.
