Someone said they paid similar price of 10k for roughly the same size. Those prices seem a bit high to me but not by much.

The one you described is considerably larger massive in fact compared to those. If the numbers you gave are right I would think it would cost north of those prices.

At those dimensions, it's the largest watercolor I've ever heard of him doing.
Honestly not sure re: value. In general, 80k is a lot when you consider what his smaller watercolors sell for, but it is substantially bigger. Would love to see a photo if you're able to share...
