I think the tubes who are looking for offers don't have the cash to pay for it and want someone to pay them, so they can buy and make a profit.

I guess I am jealous.  You win but can't afford, so instead of playing by the rules, you put a caveat that you have to be in Paris to accept.  The whole point of having 6 hours to pay for the thing is that if you can't afford it, it goes back in the kitty.  

So now either you pick the the person you like (which apparently is not me) or you give it to the person with the fastest fingers to respond to you (not a "lottery") or maybe you wait to see if anyone will offer you more than cost and you'll give what you can't afford to them.  

I am just saying that if you cant afford it, give it back to Pejac to decide...if you think that what I said makes me an ass, I think it just makes me a rule follower who wants to have a chance at this peice so I can walk by to remind me every day of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill that occurred when I was living in Louisiana.
