Did Banksy do..., by Sliding on the Walls on Dec 11, 2017 10:18:08 GMT 1, I was walking down the street the other day and saw a pretty crappy tag on a wall, all on its own. I was thinking about how funny it would look in a museum and I seem to remember a street piece where some random tag was then modified by the adding of a stencil ornate frame around it, and some people musing over it in a chin stroking manner.
Was this Banksy, or have I made it up?
