I think its fairly short-sighted to say hes a greedy bastard.

I would use the word to describe him as clever. He is cutting out the bootlegers who are making serious money out of his designs whilst at the same time giving his fans an authentic product that all types of collectors can own. Sure he's making bank whilst doing it but why shouldn't he? do you think he just wakes up every day and scratches his ass? No, he works hard and I personally have no problem paying 300 dollars for a toy with this level of design and quality limited or not.

You cannot sit so classy and comfortable on toys though 😉

There is no market for those A D Basquiat prints. It's just hard selling to rich people. Kaws made a good job of branding his product and name with the garage kits which he just copied and changed the head a bit. Then kept on doing the same thing and people look at it as a brand. Fashionable and cool. he is doing the same with the prints but as expressed on here before. "they are a mess" Just junk art bought by rich rapper types who made a lot of money by singing badly.

Kaws large figures look very sinister to me.

Like me, You should avoid buying Kaws. That snoopy was reduced to £25 yesterday lol.

The Sorayama is still my favourite Kaws piece.
