We understand that these things can happen by accident. the policy however is 1 screen print per person.
At this time your order has already been processed by our warehouse and we can't undo this. So two prints will be sent to you. You can choose to keep both or helpus return one to our warehouse"

Try grabbing a limited drop on a mobile phone with reception which keeps dropping out while traveling on a packed train. I guarantee you wouldn't take the time to refresh your order. Funnily enough the exact same thing happened on the no work release but they cancelled one order/refunded and shipped another. It's a pain in the ass having to deal with the self righteous in this place...
