I have no interest in this print but have been paying attentivon to this thread for the last few days. I completely understand how the market has gone mad The tiered pricing is a joke and sheer manipulation of the market. Gouging customers just because they can. And so many ready and willing to pay such a large sum of money. How many for keep, how many for flip?

How many rationalizing several mortgage payments for this? What a time. The eager buying public can only blame themselves the way artist and gallery artificially inflate pricing to get a piece of the pie.

and I bought two shrigley tea towels from third drawer down yesterday - will frame them. that's a bargain...

So no plans to do the drying up with them! Print not quite sold out Ii dont think...in and out of "sold out".

You could buy three original drawings for the current cost of that print, seems a bit steep given pricing of his other currently available prints.

agree there is definitely some nice stuff out there. The its ok at Barnabus is lovely. Hangup have Shit at £1200...thats probably now £2.4 

I think the reaction here shows that most of these are being bought by people outside of the forum. who knows..who cares I guess. Buy if you like and all that jazz.

Then people either going long or keeping and enjoying them.
I wonder how many Be Nice prints will make it onto walls.

Anyway, lesson learned. Don't underestimate David Shrigley's market.
