You would probally be looking at ยฃ850 ish i think for an unsigned and approx ยฃ200 - 300 for one of the backdoor prints.

I would say slightly more ( but then again I would wouldn't I ), a good MQ with prov should be more than ยฃ850 IMO. Mine is going for ยฃ1k if interested. |

For example toxic mary was selling for ยฃ850 - 900 then but now its just hitting the ยฃ690 ish mark.
A good time to buy but not such a good time to sell!

Alot of backdoor MQs went arround a while ago so signed ones without good provenance are common and often suspect.
Advise to go to a decent gallery and buy one with cast iron provenance if you are spending that ammount of money.

Signed MQ 6-12K depending on condition, location and prov etc, better checking with galleries than private sale for this type of thing as folk who had one for sale most likely sold it to a gallery. rare signed print and commonly faked due to the ammount of backdoor, unstamped MQs floating about, trickier than most to find, spent a while looking for one earlier this year and decided I didnt personally want to risk it.

6K plus is just crazy. I have a backdoor monkey queen from source and for a few hundred quid and i think it is a great print.
At a grand i may be a little dissapointed as for me 1K is a hell of a lot of cash.
I could never even consider spending 6K plus on a print which to all intents and purposes is identical to the backdoor print (size, inks, paper stock). It just beggars belief that for the sake signature and a number people are prepared to pay over 20 times the amount for something that would look identical on their walls to my one!
I will no doubt get negged for the above statement due to the feelings regarding backdoor prints. The thing however is does anyone know exactly how mr banksy thinks about them as for all we know he could well have dished out spares to staff, friends and it is the sources of many of these backdoor prints who made quite a few of the artists proofs etc available to us, the general public.

The only downside is that it looks like someone has tried to fold it in several directions so there is a fair degree of damage.
