Probably so, but I wouldn't take any gambles over a few hundred quid, so if I was a buyer with over ยฃ10,000 to spend I'd want to meet before parting with the cash.
If anyone gets any further info/pics though email etc can they post it here please.

probably both, but low staff, and reporting listing etc won't get sorted until Tuesday
