David Choe Implies Giveaway on Instagram, by sleazus1slord on Mar 1, 2018 21:52:14 GMT 1, I didn't get a screen shot before he took it down this morning. Last night he posted a photo of a baby laying on one of the Choe Show blankets for sale in his store, with a caption about the proceeds from sales of these blankets going 100% to children's charities in S. Korea. Also stated that the rest of the stock of blankets would come with 'something special' and that he 'hoped we would do the right thing when the time came'
I carted and bought one blanket asap, they were only $100 shipped and sold out about an hour after he posted (I saw it about 40 minutes in) I didn't want to be greedy and buy them all up, but I was certainly tempted to throw a dozen on my amex. Glad I didn't, because from reading the comments it seems like everyone who attempted to buy more than two had their transactions cancelled and were blocked from getting any.
Got shipping confirmation at 6:30am this morning, 2 day FedEx Shipping. should arrive tomorrow.
Shipping weight on confirmation page shows 24lbs.
Most of you are much more informed than me, so I would love to hear your thoughts.

Coach I thought I read somewhere that the something special is an extra blanket with the intention of people to donate that to the homeless. Maybe I dreamt that.

That rings a bell. If correct, that is a noble gesture by the artist, it seems to me. Thanks H.

David Choe Implies Giveaway on Instagram, by nobokov on Mar 2, 2018 2:12:54 GMT 1, Yeah I saw that last month on IG and was afraid that #LOVE implied #SEMEN, so I decided not to purchase.

David Choe Implies Giveaway on Instagram, by sleazus1slord on Mar 2, 2018 2:52:51 GMT 1, I appreciate all the comments.
Interesting #SEMEN theory nob, I'm putting you in charge of full time research on the topic, effective immediately.
In reference to the month old post with the free blanket, There was an additional post with the baby on the blanket which implied a more limited gift with the last batch of orders that was only up for a couple hours. That post was riddled with comments about canceled transactions and the billing address not working, also 24 lbs is a heavy blanket.
I wont be disappointed with one nice blanket for $100 going to a good cause, provided it's not soaked with #LOVE.
