Im in the middle of a renovation situation at my home, and this has resulted in me looking to let go my Damien Hirst Diacetoxyscirpenol Grey Spot print.
Details of the print are as follows:

Damien Hirst (British, born 1965)
Title:
Diacetoxyscripenol (Grey spot) , 2005
Medium:
etching with aquatint
Size:
111.2 x 200.6 cm. (43.8 x 79 in.)
The edition size is 115, however, this is an AP of which there were 30. Released by Paragon Press. The piece comes with COA. The piece is signed on the front and labelled AP on the back.
The piece has been float mounted at Simon Beaugie framing to full conservation standards. The frame is grey - colour picked to match one of the 162 grey spots. It has UV perspex and has hung in my house in a shaded area since 2015 (cost of framing was over ยฃ1k )
As can be seen, the piece is a very large piece, and is absolutely stunning in the right setting.
Its tricky to put a price on the piece as cant seem to find any price data at auction / for sale in galleries, however, I am looking at the possibility of part trade, trade or cash sale. I would be looking at a price over ยฃ15k.
I would consider trades.. with cash either way as part.
Piece is in Lancs, and would need consideration on collection / shipping

Not saying yours isn't nice but you're asking retail.

Itโs all a matter of opinion I guess, but thatโs why I put a price on it to see where it went
Iโm not into adding framing costs to pieces , however, this is a perfectly set up piece, ready to hang in perfect condition with purchase trail.. so not sure if that adds or not
As for comparing against a different Hirst piece, itโs all about personal choice and what fits for the individual I guess
