My girlfriend and I are heading to Denver to see the Cleon Peterson show. I was wondering if anyone can tell us some other hot spots for art, music and anything fun for two wild girl. ๐

-If you get up early enough, go to Snooze for breakfast. There are long lines if you dont get there early
-smoke some epic cannabis from Green Man
-go to Denver Biscuit Co for HUGE biscuits
-Hit up David B Smith Gallery for great art
-the Denver Art Museum is nice
-Go to RINO district to check out murals
-go on the several hikes we have around town
-dont fall in love with this city though.... we are crowded and full at the moment 
-Go to Red Rocks, whether there is a show or not. The park is open to visitors -If you get up early enough, go to Snooze for breakfast. Thanks for all the ideas and my first time visiting the city too. Sounds like we will have plenty to do and see lots of art. The weather looks good so I will look into Red Rocks and actually a dream place to see a show (thought it might be far to drive)!

Red Rocks is only about a 30 min Uber ride from downtown Denver...very special place! |

What a fun trip and thank you for all the tips. I am whipped out still and did so much walking around the city (12 miles one day!)... Great city to people watch and the March For lives was going on Sat which gave the city an extra good vibes. I took so many pictures and even got a tattoo on the fly (not my first, do not worry). The Cleon Peterson show was good...I did notice some sloppy work on his wall murals (have pics), cracking on one or two of his painting already (maybe I will stick to the prints) and I heard that lots of the sculptures broke during shipping from Belgium.
