He got hold of it a couple of years ago in a trade with someone who had a gallery in Genk ( city in Belgium ) I know its not one off the 750 originals but because i see so many fakes on the internet , maybe there was a reprint that was offical because it has the POW print and everything.
Knowing that its not from the original run (think the original was 650 NOT 750) and that there are "so many fakes on the internet," the first and ONLY thought should be that it's fake. End of story.

Mind you, looking at the bright side, Banksy sold them for a lot less than that
