And art republic receipts are not worth the paper they are written on.

You are not correct with this.
The low number unsigned PF were sold at Santa's Ghetto 03.
This was before the 'POW stamp' was introduced.
All of the prints from the early part of the unsigned editions sold at the ghetto where numbered like that......
