No, I don't want to cause a scare, but POW change every so often. Recently the shop shut again, and they never tell anyone what's going on, so all I think is probably best to get a COA while you can.... having said that, if they shut down authentication, how do you prove your COA is real !? 
Whaaaat are we gonna need an authentication body to authenticate the authentications?!?!

I'm sure you're not one of these.
GWB is an iconographic print. There will be a ton of interest at the right price. You might not get top dollar for it on this forum because most people know their onions, so if you're looking for a higher price sometimes it's best to go to ebay or similar.
Nobody in their right minds would buy a Banksy print - especially at the price you'll be asking for Girl With Balloon (signed or unsigned) without a COA or any form of purchase documentation or proof.
So, yes... I'd get a COA from Pest Control. This can take days or months, depending on how they view the print and your possession of it. Check out their website www.pestcontroloffice.com/
When you come to sell it, you'll need to have a provenance/chain of ownership (how you came by it, where you bought it) and a COA. You'll need to either post photos of it on here along with a description (is it signed, non signed, mint, dog-eared, faded, framed etc) or you'll at the very least need to describe it in detail and send photos to prospective buyers.
You might also like to do some research onto what other GWBs have sold for and are currently selling for. That way you can dismiss the low ball offers you'll get and figure out who's serious about purchasing.
If you do sell on here, look for people who have done business with other forumites and don't be afraid to ask them for references.

For anyone reading - what I can tell you so far is that I bought this from Art Republic in Brighton, 6-7 years ago. I am the only owner. It is framed and in mint condition - though has been hanging so may be slightly faded - I don't know - I guess it needs to come out of the mount to answer that question. It is not signed but has an embossed stamp in the bottom right hand corner and is numbered.
I will pursue Pest Control and return!

careful whilst they are not known to have sold any fakes.. fake receipts fro AR do exist.
your work is both worth quite a large amount of money and probably could do with a restoration assessment ..and reframe !! (due to sun damage) .
