My feeling is that you will need to adjust your price downwards if you want a quick sale but doing that will at least give you a better steer for current market value.

And the racism, everyone seems to forget the anti-Welsh and Scottish sentiment that various people resort to. I for one have many English friends and wouldn't dream of using anti-English phrases in an argument. |
