I've just been talking to a guy at work who bought a signed GWRB back in 2004 framed from a gallery in Islington.
Believe it or not he had literally no idea of its potential worth. What would be the best guess on value now?
I've told him he needs to get Pest Control, needs to check the condition, and should sort out his insurance.
What other advise should I give him?
I've never owned a Banksy, nor am I likely to now, so don't really know the process, only bits and pieces of advice I've picked up on here.

and i'd say 80k is a bit high; these seem to be hitting a bit of a ceiling. the unsigneds have been selling for like 25kGBP at auction over the past few months, so i have a hard time believing the signed version is 80kGBP, especially given the 100+ APs floating around.
