Iโm willing to sell my copy of the print for ยฃ20k. I havenโt been given to opportunity to buy it direct from POW but now Iโve put this out there Iโm gambling on the fact POW are vetting people through this forum and have seen the error of their ways in not selecting me the first time around and have now decided to offer me one in the next wave. Just putting it out there.

It said 'applications for COA's will not be accepted prior to January 1st 2019.' It is so that the authenticity and ownership is proved beyond reasonable doubt. An email receipt can be faked, and so too can the circumstances.
Just watch the Fake or Fortune episode about the Monet painting where it was shutdown by the Wildensteins.
The owner put up a convincing case of the work's authenticity.
But no paperwork, no party.

A few hundred do - most don't own things but troll for hours like you have me doing now ( ugghh ) - I found this site in 2010 after purchasing some prints of his from pow way back when.
Fact is this is a very small representation of the Community that own the works. I just have happened to bounce back on here due to the fact that I would like to entertain a trade.
