certain prints have the tendency to show finger marks on them v v easily
i bought a print from a guy recently (paul insect meteor lights, which has black matte areas v susceptible to this) who unrolled it and showed it to me whilst wearing gloves
i regret not asking him exactly what they were because i think it would be a good idea to wear them whilst handling art?
is this a thing? can someone tell me exactly what i should search for to find some?
i will be visiting a friend in the US soon and I have had loads of prints sent to him over the past year. I will need to move them from 6 tubes to 2 tubes in order to bring them home so that will involve quite a lot of handling / re-rolling

thought you would be well versed on white gloves given your handle. 
9 times out of 10, gloves aren't necessary... but with special inks or paper they can be recommended (and sometimes required to avoid fingerprints/smudges). it is ALWAYS good to (at the very least) wash your hands prior to handling any print to remove not only dirt but oils and residues.
