My Decorated For Peace medal has been selected for this years Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition!

The medal was inspired by my first visit to Bethlehem, the Separation Wall and the artworks on the Wall. The front, a spray can top, represents all the artists who have placed their art on the Separation Wall, with text 'Peace' in Arabic, English and Hebrew, a statement of hope for the future, which is more poignant than ever given the recent sad events.

Half the 150 edition will be available to the public through the RA at £225 (unframed) the second half will be available through my website: www.eelart.com at the same price.

Edition of 150, with 15 AP's
Measures approx. 80mm x 38mm x 5mm
Textile and silver-plated metal

Before the edition is released to the general public, I want to offer 15 unframed medals to forum members. Please DM me for price, details and to register your interest. Will be on a first come basis, the medals are ready to be shipped, buyer will pay shipping/postal costs. More than happy to ship Worldwide.

All profits from the sale of the medal will be donated to www.childrenofpeace.org.uk - a non-partisan children's charity who promote trust, friendship and reconciliation between Israeli and Palestinian children, aged 4 - 17, and their communities.

The medals are offered unframed. However, I can recommended Mister Frame Man Gary is a star and made a fantastic job of framing the Royal Academy submission.
