I have the exact same marks on a Shepard Fairey POP wave print. They are only noticeable in some directions. I always wondered if the print process caused it as there is more than one line.

I have a few shep prints and the paper is thin. I think this print is my favourite of any shep print in the last 5 years. I don't have one but really like the image. I am kicking myself somewhat having passed on it when it was on sale in stolen space a little while back.
