Fuming. Happened to me one year. Magnum immediately sent a replacement, after requesting a photo of the first print ripped up
I've had to do the same. Just waiting for my replacement.
Magnum have been great.

I managed to pick up a Don McCullin print from Magnum in the last sale and found a black 10"x10" frame which actually measures just over 11 1/4 x 11 1/4 on the outside edge. I got my framers to frame this up with museum glass and it looks great.
I'd like to find a white frame for the Martin Parr print i've just picked up, rather than getting my framers to make a frame up. However I am struggling to find anything online which fits that measurement.
So where do you get yours from?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I realise it's not actual "import duty" but people seem to use the term to mean added costs that they will have to pay before taking receipt of the item.
Last time I order from a magnum sales, I had to pay ~60euros extra as it was coming from the us, so VAT(item price + shipping), and the โprocessing feesโ 18euros that DHL takes (delivery was within Europe).
If this time itโs coming from the UK, and shipped within Europe, then I would assume there will be no additional taxes (at least until 2020 if I remember correctly).
