For anyone starting a new ecommerce website etc, by voodoo1967 on Jun 7, 2018 10:33:04 GMT 1, For anyone who is wanting to sell online or looking for a change. Im in the process of starting (well re-starting) selling online. After looking at lots and lots of options - I used ecwid - it's so simple (I can use it). I dont want to blow smoke up the backside of it, but you create an account, you instantly get an online shop, but the beauty is , you can easily fit the same shop directly into a facebook business page. People can buy your work directly from within facebook - they dont have to come out of their facebook session.
ecwid is apparently the #1 ecommerce app on facebook
You can put your shop anywhere - copy/paste 5 lines into any web page - and hey presto the shop will appear.
You can have multiple domains, same applies copy / paste 5 lines and your shop appears there as well.
I previously used x-cart - which was ok - but too much admin / setup hassle.
Any other recommendations re ecommerce apps before I plough ahead ? This may or may not play a video below :-

For anyone starting a new ecommerce website etc, by ashley123 on Jun 26, 2020 21:39:24 GMT 1, Good info. I want to start my own business and I'm looking for the best and easy way to do this. Honestly, I was thinking about using the eCommerce website builders as they don't require special skills and coding knowledge (I should say, a review on www.beautifullife.info/web-design/10-best-ecommerce-builders/
persuaded me). But your suggestion sounds good. Maybe I should give it a try. At least I'll keep it in mind. Thanks!

For anyone starting a new ecommerce website etc, by vickiero on Aug 7, 2024 13:01:53 GMT 1, I faced the same challenge when launching my online store selling handmade jewelry. I wanted a professional look but had no clue where to start.
Hiring experts made all the difference for me. They designed a sleek, user-friendly site and handled all the technical aspects like setting up payment gateways and ensuring mobile compatibility. It saved me a lot of headaches and time.
For my site, the cost was around $3,000, which included design, development, and a few custom features. If you're serious about your ecommerce business, investing in professional help can really pay off. I got my website done by this agency, and they were excellent. They made the whole process smooth and straightforward.

For anyone starting a new ecommerce website etc, by keyser on Aug 7, 2024 13:23:59 GMT 1, Please tell me this dude doesn't have 4 accounts and spends time logging into each of them to talk to himself in the hopes of marketing e-commerce sites? Nigerian scammers would do a better job.
