First it states "early version" was submitted and rejected. So it wasn't the final image and work that is now displayed.
Second if they would have accepted a pure rip off of a banksy concept that would have been quite embarrassing.
Whatever was submitted rightfully so was and should have been rejected.
Sure it's a cute story but that appears to be all it is.
